New Fees and Commissions Charged by Karoll JSC for Transactions in Securities Listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange

As from January 3, 2011 several changes in the Fees and Commissions Charged by Karoll JSC for Transactions in Securities Listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange come into force. A minimum commission per trade amounting to BGN 2 is introduced. Simultaneously the percentage amount of the different commission types (which may vary from 0.50% to 0.25 % of the transaction value depending on the turnover or the average size of assets held with Karoll) remains unchanged.

The introduction of a minimum commission per trade is due both to the changes in the Tariff of Fees Collected by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange /BSE/, which include the introduction of a minimum commission per executed order and an annual membership fee for all BSE members, and to the stipulated increase of the fees charged by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission.
