On December 29 and 30, 2008 KCM will not accept subscription and redemption orders for Advance fudns; will resume on Jan 5, 2009

In accordance with a decision taken by the Board of Directors of Advance Invest and the Board of Directors of Karoll Capital Management held on Dec 12, 2008, as well as on the basis of art. 193, para. 8, p.1 of POSA, art. 37 of Ordinance 25, art. 27 of the Statutes of Advance Invest, art. 31 of the Rules of Advance Eastern Europe and Advance IPO Funds, we would like to inform you that on Dec 29 and 30, 2008 Karoll Capital Management will not calculate NAV, issue and redemption prices, and will not accept subscription and redemption orders for the funds under its management. This is due to the fact that during the above mentioned period some of the markets where a substantial part of the funds’ asset are listed for trading will be closed because of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Subscriptions and redemptions will resume on the first business day following the holidays, namely Jan 5, 2009.
