Elena Todorova
Elena Todorova is an independent financial consultant, residing in Sydney, Australia. Until Sept 2013 she was an IPO project analyst in Steadfast Group (the largest insurance broking network in Australia) working on the listing of the Group on the Australian Stock Exchange. The Steadfast IPO (market capitalization of AUD 700 million) is considered the most complex listing on ASX due to its nature of 65 individual acquisitions, consolidation, integration and an opportunity to provide value to existing and future shareholders. Elena was the sole leader of 10 acquisitions, performing due-diligence, valuation, negotiations and closing (from business, financial and legal perspective).
Between 2008 and 2012, Elena worked in MMC (Sofia, Bulgaria). As an Associate in the company, she was managing valuation, M&A, expansion and research projects. She was liaising with entrepreneurs, PE funds, banks and partners on national and international scale. In the 2007/2008 period Elena worked as a Financial Analyst in GE Capital (Sydney, Australia) where she was also involved in the implementation and integration of two financial systems with Oracle. Elena has internships in the Transaction Advisory department of Ernst & Young Bulgaria and front office operations in Societe Generale Expressbank.
Elena Todorova is a CFA Level III Candidate and is also a Certified Management Consultant. She has a Master degree in Management Information Systems with Sofia University and a Bachelor degree in Accounting in Control with the University of National and World Economy.
Elena performed executive roles as being the President of AIESEC Sofia in 2005/2006 and a Vice-President Business Development of AIESEC in Bulgaria in 2006/2007.
Ivo Detelinov
Ivo Detelinov is Senior Portfolio Manager and Private Equity Executive Director at Riyad Capital, Saudi Arabia. He is managing a sector-specific Private Equity fund, established with the purpose of investing in leading, global companies (Telecom, Technology, E-commerce and Media) and ambitious management teams.
Prior to joining RC, Ivo was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch United Kingdom as a Director in Investment Banking covering global Private Equity firms, providing origination ideas, M&A advice, buyout financing, as well as services and products related to Private Equity exits. He has served clients on cross border transactions in USA and Europe (45 Private Equity Investment).
The first four years of his career with Merrill Lynch Ivo has worked as Equity Research Analyst, covering daily analysis and commends 14 publicly traded technology companies. Hi has 12 years experience with Merrill Lynch in New York and London as a Analyst, Associate, VP in Investment Banking.
Ivo Detelinov holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from the European Business School (EBS), Regents College – London and an M.B.A. from New York University. He received his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2003. Ivo speaks fluently English, German and Italian.
Member of the CFA UK and New York Society of Securities Analysts (NYSSA).
