Karoll AD has been awarded the annual prize for “Investment intermediary with the highest number of trades executed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange"

For a 15^th consecutive year Karoll AD has been awarded the annual prize for “Investment intermediary with the highest number of trades executed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE)”. In 2016 Karoll AD made 35 639 transactions, eclipsing the combined total amount of executed transactions by the second and the third investment intermediaries in the ranking and comprising more than 30.5% of all trades on the regulated market. In addition, the 2016 turnover of Karoll AD amounted to BGN 46 mln which represents 5.5% of the total turnover on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange for the year. Also, in 2016 Karoll AD was the manager of the only IPO for the year. The technology holding Allterco went public in 2016 and sparked huge interest among investors as received orders more than tripled the IPO success threshold. Karoll managed to attract almost BGN 2.2 mln for Allterco.
